I dont really know why people talk about 500$/€

I know the last bundle is 500$/€ but isnt it just for the faker signature?
you get the base skin in a bundle for 50, that includes a battlepass and a leblanc skin as well.
And the second for is in 250 bundle that includes the normal version the leblanc skin and the battle pass.
Should the Ahri skin it self be only 150/€ if you take everything else away?
