It might be worth checking what a course will enable you to do before you take the course, to determine if it's worth spending the time and money doing it.
In most situations, a certificate isn't worth much in agriculture, as it's more about actual experience of different situations and techniques in practice, so maybe highlight the plants you worked with on the course and the techniques you learned and have practiced.
If it was theory only then it's probably not useful for jobs in agriculture.
