My daily penis enlargement routine.
Post Body

  1. Take 1 g L-Citrulline.
  2. Apply baby powder to the first 2" of my penis shaft after my glans.
  3. Place 35 mm of a silicone sleeve on my penis shaft after my glans (over the powder).
  4. Use a SizeGenetics comfort edition extender for 30 minutes on and 30 minutes off for 10 hours. I place the strap of the extender over the silicone sleeve and a washcloth under the base for comfort.
  5. While extending I wrap my penis with the Total Man infrared heat pad and secure it with a chip bag clip.
  6. While extending I use a red light therapy bulb in an architect lamp on my penis.
  7. When not extending I use Manual Tugging Method 2 to restore my foreskin.
  8. Take 5 mg Cialis.
  9. Trim pubic hair if necessary.
  10. Perform 3 sets of 7 minutes of pumping with my Bathmate HydroExtreme. Between sets I do 2 minutes of FireGoat rolls.
  • Use common sense and never do anything that hurts.
  • I burst a blood vessel in my penis when I tried jelqing. I would not recommend it or clamping.
  • If you do manual stretching do not stretch pulling upwards. It can injure your pelvic floor.
  • Never move your penis while stretching it. Stretch in one direction and then release before stretching in a different direction. Side to side stretches are known to cause injuries that can be permanent.
  • To help prevent edema always pump with a full erection and pump up to full pressure slowly. The only time I get edema is the first few days I start back after taking time off. To help minimize it I pump for 3 sets of 2 minutes the first day, 3 sets of 5 minutes the second day, and then return to my regular routine of 3 sets of 7 minutes on the third day.
