Is this agoraphobia?
Post Body
I often have panic attacks when on a plane that is starting to take off. It is almost like I know I am now stuck in the plane and I panic. I am not scared of flying (well, turbulence sucks when it happens and causes me to have anxiety), but I guess it's the thought of having a panic attack on the plane without an escape, so I panic more. I have flown a lot more than the average person, but the panic attacks have become more frequent during take off. I now have to either take meds or drink. I don't want to have to rely on these things anymore! I have a 4hr flight on Thursday and can already feel my stomach feels like I'm on a roller coaster, anticipating getting seated, pushing back and taking off then panic attack.
