I know a lot of us have different versions of this agoraphobia thing so this may not apply to you.
For me, I have panic disorder, and never leave the house because I’m scared to have a panic attack away from my room. The thing that helped me was realizing that it doesn’t just happen outside of the house. It happens anywhere for me.
That being said Ive made my car the safe place, since doing this is has seemed a little less terrifying. Like I said I’m sure this will help very few of you, but if it helps just 1 then it was worth it!
