Anyone have advice for depersonalization?

I feel like Iβm still improving, but at this point it seems that is the only thing holding me back. Maybe itβs like a fear of not having control?
I drive about 10 miles a day to keep practicing getting out even though it is miserable. I also go into places even just to get one thing ( like milk or eggs)
I speak with a therapist once a week remotely, and am on two medications.
Any advice is appreciated, we got this:)
