Inpatient treatment

After taking a head injury back in November I got debilitating anxiety and a panic disorder that didn’t allow me to leave my house.
Today I decided to head off to Florida from Montana for inpatient treatment in hopes to recover from all of this.
Mainly writing this for those who are scared to reach out for help. The people I’m dealing with are a whole lot more supportive than I thought. Wish me luck!
