had therapy helped you?
Post Body
i was in therapy about a year ago and was diagnosed with panic disorder and agoraphobia. i haven’t been back since may of 2022. i have an appointment for this friday and i don’t even know what to expect. i feel like i need to give them a run down of the last few years of my life that i feel got me to where i am today and why i struggle so much but i also don’t like bringing it up because it makes me more anxious. has therapy been a good thing for y’all? has it worked?
