Covid triggers me
Post Body

So I’ve been doing good recently not amazing but good. I’ve been feeling a bit down but that just the time of year nothing unusual. But my brother just rang to say him and his gf have covid. They had just left my house 2 hours before! They also were staying over on Thursday last week. Covid is a huge trigger for me. It’s what kicked off my agoraphobia. Being sick in general is a big trigger but this has really made me so stressed and anxious. He’s going to stay in his gf house. But I love with my mother and she can’t afford to miss work and I’m so scared rn 😭
