What questions should I ask/discussions should I have/boundaries and expectations should I set before aging MIL comes to live with me, SO and our baby?

We get along well. Potential points of conflict are that we are all plant based, she is not. We are raising kiddo without any screentime, she watches TV. We like in a small house. We have only one bathroom.
