"Reset" a heat molded liner?
Post Body

Yo,

I have a MyFit Recall liner that felt pretty comfy but I got blisters after my first skate so I heat molded them. After heat molding they are no longer comfy, and are causing a lot of pain on the bone on the inside of my foot (accessory navicular). I suspect the heat mold made the padding too thin. Is there any way to reverse this or reset the foam? The liner was very comfy before heat molding. I would hate to have to buy new liners as these are basically brand new liners already.

I've heard putting them in the freezer may help expand the foam back to it's stock form but heat molding was supposed to make them more comfy and it did the opposite so I'm skeptical now.
