It grows near. Other matters more and more demand Tholak's attention. As he comes to most depend on its services, his avatar has grown... unreliable. It responds to queries and instructions without promptness, and it overall seems to be distracted by unnecessary tasks.

A new vicegerent on this world is needed.

For that new vicegerent a great Throne, carved of obsidian and granite, inlaid with ruby and amethyst, and gilded with bronze and electrum, shall be created. This Throne shall be the conduit through which the vicegerent's powers will be exercised. The Throne shall grant dominion over the lands of Tholak, and provide the means to ensure that Tholak's will is enacted.

Excellent. It is... imperfect, certainly not as powerful as his avatar, but perhaps that is for the better. It will serve its purpose nonetheless.

Now, onto other matters...

Effect For 10 of his 50 points, Tholak uses Create Great Artifact to create the Throne of Tholak. The Throne of Tholak is a great throne of stone located deep within the mountains of the Troll Kingdom of Tholran. The one who sits on the Throne of Tholak can control the inanimate rocks, minerals, and earth of the mountains in Tholak's continent, such as by caverns to open and close, causing veins of metals and gemstones to reveal themselves or disappear, or causing the networks of tunnels within the mountains to twist and turn. The one who sits on the Throne of Tholak can also mentally whisper to any Trolls or other stonelike or metallic entities within the mountains, but cannot, at least not by the power of the Throne itself, compel those entities to obey any commands given.
