Kill phase coming up in a few hours and need some questions answered!

1. Everyone keeps saying to clear farms, but there are some translation issues. Assume they mean drain RSS, but do they also mean kill troops?

2. I see a lot of mention of troops needing to be travelling long distances at all times. Are bubbles not fool proof? Ex. Can I not put all of my farms under bubbles for 24 hours? Or is that not good enough?

3. Finally, my main is only a C25 but I have enough RSS to probably get me to C27. Time is the issue. I was going to wait for C26 for next strongest commander, but wonder if it is worth doing now in order to spend some RSS in case I get caught.
