I picked up tge game after playing it a few years back. I used to just do my thing and not worry about hiw Rts are played...

But now I watched a few videos and seeing people do crazy stuff(seems very cool to me), like building a huge army and doing raids and stuff.

I finsihed the game on easy including the Expansion and did a few random god matches back then.

I watched a guy named Bolt on YT and trying to learn from him and a few others but seems to struggle.

I changed my keys and trying to learn macro and stuff but there are many gods and maps. Tried Random map with a couple of ganes on Medium to learn but no matter what I do the Ai always advances first or manages to raid and kill my villies or homes.

My goal is to learn the gane and maybe win a few games(or campaign ) on hard diff.

What would be a good starting god? I would like to try Poseidon or Isis.

What would be a good way to know what to build and when when doing a new map? What map is good to kearn macro?

What tips do you have for micro?

Any general tips you wanna share are appreciated and sorry if I dont make sense, I am a bit confused right now.
