To the northeast, the homeland of Issarism, Misala and the Apasuma sat powerfully watching over the region. The Ir'brak Ordua while an Issarist nation made up of old Misala Irbeltar, did not have the closest relations with the two nations. After the Order had recently gained territory a lot closer to Misala, the High Council wished to make sure that there would be no tension between the two peoples as a war between the Order and Misala would heavily unbalance the Kwa. Plus, with the successful mission to Dyzaer and the creation of a Zaldun Watchman in their council, the Order has an optimistic view to what diplomacy could bring.
The High Council has decided to send two Ir'brak Masters and their Tagon to Misala first, in order to create a friendly relatonship before the Order journeys next into Apasuma. The first Master is a woman known as Ajunta, she is a young Ukarian from the north of the peninsular. The second master is a male known as Narok, he is from Zabrak and from a long line of Zaldun. They both have been given full authority by the High Council to organise any diplomatic efforts within the foreign states. They also carry two copies of a letter signed by each member of the High Council of the Ir'brak Ordua.
To the Illustrious Leaders of Misala/Apasuma
(This would be changed based on the location.)
We in the Ir'brak Ordua have been quiet for too long, we have been silent to our brothers and sisters in the North. We apologise for this and hope that you do not take offence from our actions. I, Grand Master Aksan, have sent; with the authority of the rest of the Council, two Ir'brak Masters and their apprentices to your court. We hope that we can work on ensuring peace between our nations and an age of cooperation and prosperity that by the grace of the Kwa, last a thousand years.
As you are sure to know from our interaction with the Dizerians in the south, our true nature for sending Ir'brak Diplomats is not to entirely create beneficial trade routes, it is to place a Zaldun in your court to ensure that you respect the balance between good and evil. Our goal is not of the material realm, but of the spiritual, we all know about the war between good and evil so I will not lecture you, you are intelligent, you understand the need for checks and balances. The Ir'brak Ordua is that check and balance.
If you have any questions, please ask my Ir'brak Masters that have been sent, they are all well trained diplomats and masters of the Kwa.
May the Kwa be with you, always.
Signed, Grand Master Aksan.
Below his signature and seal were the signatures of everyone on the High Council, another 11 names of both men and women, names from cultures across the peninsular. These letters were placed in the hands of the Ir'brak Masters and were to be delivered to the highest power in each respective realm. The Ir'brak Masters would be easily noticed by their way of dress and their large curved Zaard on their hip, a ceremonial sword, but one they have trained for years to be masters with.
