If you fail to comply you will have deployed no army and therefore may instantly lose. This must be done individually. All messages must be in the form of Reddit direct messages, plans submitted in the form of google docs, PDFs, and other non-Reddit direct messages will not be reviewed. Nations who do not declare intention shall not participate in the war. The time period for declaration of intentions ends April 5th at 23:59 GMT. Let me know if you would prefer to work it out as an RP conflict.
