All messages must be in the form of Reddit direct messages, plans submitted in the form of google docs, PDFs, and other non-Reddit direct messages will not be reviewed. Nations who do not declare intention shall not participate in the war. The time period for declaration of intentions ends on January 31st 23:59 GMT.

Personal notes from myself: Feel free to add named generals and their personalities and possible experiences. The faster war orders are received by all parties, the faster I will resolve them. Remember - You only have techs that have been approved as of the start of the turn in which the war post was made, not the end of the turn.
