A lot of people are talking about possible future dlc along with the plot of the game about how it doesn't align with botw since hyrule is saved in this game. Therefore I think a cool idea for possible dlc would be to add an alternate story to the game; a darker story that aligns with botw where the champions die and hyrule looses the fight against calamity Ganon. They could make it so Terrako never comes to the past and you could play as the champions and actually fight the blight ganons too but its a forced loss and the champions lose and die like they're supposed to. New players could have the choice of playing the lighter story (current plot) or a darker story where hyrule looses for the next 100 years. Current players could make an alternate save (assuming the game allows for more than one playthrough at a time) and re play the game from the darker pov. Those are just a few ideas about a new plot. What else would you guys think could be made to help further the darker plot?
