We chatted, we clicked, exchanged pics, some NSFW, we had a scary amount in common, we lasted a week and then…silence. Honestly, it sounds stupid but I’m bereft! The grief is real and raw. But somehow it’s worse because they’re still here, walking around somewhere. There was distance yes, but I made it clear when she was ready that I’d be prepared to travel. And then, nothing.
