hey! after a minute of my throwaway not working, I’m opting for my main. feel free to peruse! just keep in mind that there are no current photos of myself publicly available. anyways, my name is AJ. I’m twenty three years old, non-binary (they/them) and based near Dallas, TX. I start my new FT job later this month, otherwise I’m financially independent (if that matters much to you). my politics lean heavily left, and my spirituality is important. hopefully the boring shit is out of the way, I believe that’s all of it.

anywho, I’d class myself as punky and nerdy. my love for fantasy is endless, like Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones. there’s other fantasy franchises that I love, but we’d be here all day if I listed them all. music is my gasoline, and I listen to everything. regardless of genre, if the lyrics are impactful and the best is catchy, I’m bound to enjoy it.

I love books. fantasy is my favorite, to no one’s surprise. I also love writing. I’m currently writing a novel, and I’m halfway done with it :).

I do smoke weed often for pain management, and I also vape nicotine regularly. I smoke cigarettes occasionally. I don’t drink alcohol often; maybe once or twice a month? no hard substances—and neither should you, this is non-negotiable.

personal interests aside, I’m not the greatest at describing myself. I value the golden rule, honoring your promises and always having integrity. I try to help others where and when I can. while I do my best to spread kindness, I live by the “do no harm, take no shit” mantra. I keep a carefully curated social circle, which consists of people I trust deeply. I love having deep conversations, but I also enjoy being silly and kinda goofy. additionally, I’d class myself as a hopeless romantic, and amorous (firmly monogamous); I’m a sucker for romance and romantic gestures.

TLDR? you’re looking at a punky, pagan individual in their early twenties, who tries to be kind and loves fantasy. pretty solid summary IMO.

as for you? I’d love if you were between the ages of 35 and 50, and have similar political views to my own. please be in the DFW area, at the very least; otherwise, the most I’m willing to travel to meet is 45 minutes (one way). my preferences for appearance are flexible; I try to not say I have a “type,” but I do like scruffy, bearded men a lot. brown eyes are a soft spot. don’t feel deterred if you’re not in that loosely defined category, though!
