Maybe you get dressed right away or maybe you hang out in you pj's for a few hours while you collect your thoughts and idea. You have multiple hobbies and interests. Today will you work in the rose garden? Maybe have a little vegetable or flower garden of your own? Maybe you're going the make a mountain of sawdust only to build a small wooded box. Maybe you want to paint, or sketch, or break out the sewing machine, or whatever hobbies you love to do because they challenge you and make you feel good. Or maybe it's a day to read a book and sun tan. maybe level up on that game you like, or binge watch that sappy show that i probably wouldn't want to watch. We text off and on throughout the day for no other reason than we enjoy keeping each other company and we enjoy sharing our thoughts and idea with each other. One of the things you look forward to is taking a long bubble bath. You look forward to your man arriving home after work. Even though I might be covered in dust and sweat when i get in you're always ready with a friendly smile and a hug to say welcome home. Maybe what you look forward to the most is going to bed together. In those moments before falling asleep where you can be grateful for the things so many of us take for granted. To not have to worry about food, and shelter and to be safe and secure in a place that has so much compassion, encouragement and love to give.
