Question for older men

Post Body

I (18F) have been in multiple situationships with men in their 40s-50s and even one slightly longer-term dynamic. I’ve noticed a trend with older men discussing long-term relationships with even intentions to marry which concerns me as I can’t even imagine that yet.

If that’s what your preference is would you prefer for younger women to be completely dismissive if they’re not sure if that’s what they want?

I don’t generally want to seem like I’m unserious by being dismissive but I usually just let the conversations dry out and stop making plans so they don’t feel like it’s necessarily their issue.
