I have known this person for a few months. We met at a bar and he is also my boss's friend.And eventually we became friends by talking. I think he is a very kind, funny and understanding person but according to other people I know he is a jerk. 4 days ago we were just talking and suddenly we started flirting. At the end of it we were kissing in the bar bathroom. That night I went home early and 2 hours later he came to my door and we sat together for about 30 minutes. We don't normally text but we started texting and that got me. The next day I felt bad for breaking up our friendship and I told him I couldn't continue this and wanted to stay friends. At first he said okay but he acts like he's punishing me and he doesn't come to the bar and when I come he leaves immediately. I really want to see him and talk to him. I talked to our mutual friends and they said that all he wanted was something else and that he would leave me once he got that.
