I see a lot of posts on here from guys asking girls what they like about older men. I imagine each of us has a different answer, but, having thought about this a lot, I think I (19F) have finally come up with mine.
Having chatted a fair bit with guys on here, one thing that I see uniting the men I'm attracted to is that they think for themselves. They're mavericks. They're able to tune out a lot of social noise and disapproval and focus on what they actually want. They also tend to be informed about evolution and science and history and politics, so they know that the older man/younger woman dynamic has been a constant through human history.
Honestly, I can't imagine why I wouldn't be attracted to a guy like that.
