I (49M) am in senior management and we recently hired an amazing younger woman (29F) in my department. She doesn’t report to me and we actually report up to the same person so there’s no ethical issue there. She is sweet and funny and insanely beautiful. We have a ton of things in common. I’ve honestly never dated anyone who seems as compatible as we would be, so it’s very strange for me.
How do I know if she is open to an age gap relationship? I want to be careful because I don’t want to jeopardize our work friendship or make her uncomfortable.
