Hi. So I am a 21 year old international student.

A 'casual fun' but much older, male friend.. has offered me accommodation at his home for the next academic year, with much reduced rent. I'm inclined on accepting, as its much better than my current circumstances. Large house, garden, space. etc. The guy is cool also and fun! Plus he is actually not always home (often travels).

We are not expecting to have a live-in relationship.. and carry on as casual friends. He is also ok if I bring bfs back (responsible ones at least).

Just wondering if any others have been in similar circumstances? Good or bad idea? What to consider? Look out for? etc..
