Recently started dating this older woman I met from work. Things have been well and we are still getting to know each other. We each explained our intentions of the relationship and what we want. One bump is when the topic went to having kids. I'm 23 and still don't want to have kids yet or anytime soon. However, she would like to have one soon. She's 30 so it's understandable but I'm just not there yet. So what would be the best thing to do here, I want to keep dating her but not sure about having a kid sooner than I planned.
