You would think that if I spend all day with people in their early twenties, it wouldn't be such a draw for me, but I can't help but enjoy the company of women that age. I'm sure many men I know are in the same position, but there's something refreshing about spending time with ladies who are intelligent and eager and motivated during the day, and dating women from the same group later that evening.
Keep in mind, they're never the same individuals -- I don't date my students, as tempting as that may be. I keep professional standards, but really enjoy spending time and hearing about careers and education from women in that same bracket.
Just had to get that off of my chest.
