First of all, I want to clarify that I'm polyamorous and I have a bf around 25yo, we're very happy but due to some ptsd I can't accept the idea of setting down with a male no matter how nice and kind they are due to abuse from my father for ~10 years.
In those 10 years I didn't had my mom so older women from various places were those who I seeked for comfort. Never had anything amorous with any of them, girls my age and younger have either used, abused me or tried to just have sex with me. This only strengthened my preference of older women with time.
Now as an adult that is getting emotions back and starting a new life, I see all of this, but I also don't know how to appeal to older women, my preference would be around 25 to early 40s.
I feel like younger than 25 are fine as friends but anything more and I get worried the same might happen again, older than late 40s is a bit of a stretch for me, of course exceptions exist, but they're exceptions hence why I'm generalizing things.
Now onto the main deal here, how could I meet and get to know women of these age groups? I'm really introverted, to the point I'll wait the entire day to go shop groceries when there's little to no people out, so I'd like to know what habits or things I could do about this, I'm also not very masculine, nor do I want to be, which I believe most older women prefer gym bros over someone who's trying to become at least a femboy.
Well I believe those were all the points I needed to touch on for context and for the situation itself, sorry about the length of the post, but I believe it needed to be that way. I hope to get at least 1 tip that can help me steer in a better way, thx for reading!
