The next trial

I’ve seen a lot of people talking online about how the next trial looks like a morgue but I think it’s actually more reminiscent of a tv psych ward, and I think it’s going to be a trial about memory bc Billy doesn’t have any memories before waking up in the car, neither his from the hex or Williams from before the accident. And we’ve seen that we’ll get more back story on Agatha so maybe that’s her memories or something so we’ll just see memories being shared between Agatha and Billy ?
