Anyone else notices that every server has a W=team in top 10?

Title says it all. This is a complaining post. It's become so unplayable.
I dunno, just ban the word "TEAM" from future using in FFA. Why aren't we allowed to join friends but someone who puts "Team" in his nickname is allowed to play with others?
EDIT: I know they won't do this just because a lot of ppl will stop playing and less ppl = less money for them.
EDIT 2: I'm pretty sure that all that downvoted this post are in fact those people using "Team" in their nickname.
