Thanks to everyone who's been helping us test... it's been absolutely invaluable! We're back this week for playtest #3!
Playtest #3 is this Friday night (6/10) 6-8PM PST. (For our international friends, that is 1-3 AM Saturday GMT).
Note: That's one hour earlier than last week.
We've been pretty quiet this week as we've been heads down bugfixing and stabilizing. I expect this Friday's session will be much more robust. Although of course I have cursed us by saying that =]
We've really cleaned up the party system, so when you partner up with people to play you get the results you expect (hopefully) every time. Our internal tests are looking good, but we could really use your help stress testing things "in the wild" again.
As part of this, we streamlined the party creation process a bunch. Rather than digging through menus, it now looks like this:
(Watch the red ball on the player on the left... the first bump adds him to the other player's party).
So, not many new features this week, just lots of improvements and bug fixes. Well, I guess there are a couple of things:
- Light beams on golf pins (as well as discs)
- All games now support spectators and slot selection (you start games by deciding who's playing and who's watching)
