I was up on a financial plan (AU)

I had asked for a 30 day pause due to medical expenses on a specific order and even added the order number in the said tab only to have my request approved.
I then noticed that all of what I owed including multiple orders had been split into 8 payments that I will have to pay off till next year.
Now my spending limit is zero from 4k.
Has this happened to anyone else? How did you get your spending limit back up?
I’ve been reading things that if I pay it off early that afterpay won’t like that???
