So, I am new to Supercomp but in my recent use I have been combining 3 precomped Layers. They are 3d and have the same camera duplicated between them. They need to be precomped for Supercomp to work with them of course. During export supecomp will randomly merge them, jump sizes as if its mixing up frames, it will suddenly have one of its glows cover the image some layers will disappear or appear incorrectly in front of the wrong ones, and most crazy of all it will include layers in the composition that are not included in the supercomp layer. I have sent a ticket off to Maxon but they are saying their lead times are long so I wondered if anyone here has had similar experiences. It seems like currently, I can't trust this product.
edit001. I just tried another export. I recopied the cameras wondering if something about them was the culprit and now it rendered frames where layers deep in the precomposed layers are off, it even rendered my luma mattes I'm using (via setmatte) in the lowest level of precomposition and the original video frame of her in front of the greenscreen ignoring the matte and ignoring every single effect layered on top. impressive!
