So at first I was worried that she was being flirty with this, but she has done the low wing swoop a handful of times and luckily stopped as I ignore her and put her down when she tries that. But this is something I am not sure what message she is sending.

I assume this is general excitement when she is going back and forth, especially after getting feedback from two African Grey owners. She does this in the morning and at night consistently. Getting her into her cage at night has been a fight she wants to run around outside the cage doing this wing lift side step dance and will do it for nearly a full hour before bed time. Establishing a night time routine she accepts is something I am struggling a bit with her. I was told that the previous owner said he had a night time routine, but I have zero idea what it was.

I also caught her last night chewing the tips of her sharpest talons off.. But I am not sure if that is regular grooming or not.

I googled both these and got a lot of contradicting information.. Any insight you guys have I would super appreciate.
