Possible sideboard cards.

First off is there a card that mirrors Ancient Grudge but targets enchantments?
Second off, what are your thoughts for running Mana Tithe x2 in sideboard? My current list has 2 Thoughtsieze and honestly I haven't been impressed. Perhaps having a counter spell to surprise them when they tap out turn three Lilliana would be better.
