Thinking of switching from inDesign to Publisher. Some questions.

If I move from inDesign, what would I miss the most?

Does it have "books" and global search and change over multiple documents?

How is it at making the table of contents and index?

My layouts often use character styles overriding paragraph styles. This is in Afinity?

How well does it do tables? When I work on D&D5 books, I need to create a lot of stat blocks. Which is the most tedious, boring part of layout for me. inDesign does this...OK. What about Publisher?

Does it import MS word docs with paragraph and character styles intact?

Can I have a live-link to a word doc so when it changes it can reflect in the content of Publisher?

Can I place PDF files inside Publisher docs? (Place is indesign language for embed)

Can I track links?

Can I "package" up all the files for a project when done?
