ClickBank refused account

Despite a few efforts, my attempts to have a clickbank account have all failed. Support has been very poor and my last reply said my account was disabled for security reasons they cannot disclose. They then suggest trying again in 3 months. This suggests its them not me.
Anyone else know why this is happening.
