Fareharbor not responding, anyone experienced with them?

I managed to gain some really big partners, but they said they operate using Fareharbor, and I'd have to register as an affiliate to be able to have my own discount code.
However, Fareharbor does not answer me anywhere, and their registration form doesn't seem to be doing anything (I don't get a confirmation email, and I could register several times without it saying I already did it). Anyone have experience with them? Anywhere I could reach them?
