I'm not new to this, been seeking a more compatible secondary partner (new term I learned yesterday) for a few years with varying success. On the surface it seems like a pretty simple thing.   • Upper 30's to Mid 50's, married, healthy, you don't have to be ultra fit just take care of yourself and be proud of your body. Height weight proportionate gets thrown around a lot but I think that varies for everyone. Typically attracted to slim/fit to fit/curvy women. If you are wondering if you are in that window, think my height and weight or less. Or, if my one rep max squat is 155, can I carry you to bed with your legs wrapped around my waist?
  • Ideally you have kid(s), just another common ground, but not a deal breaker.
