She had a very bad past, we somehow connected.

I set the rules and give the reasons. I planned , decided, delegate and evaluate what we did as a team. I provide structure and stability as well as a safe space emotionally. The structure really helped her, she was able to excel in life. I was so proud of her when she got her dream job but unfortunately had to move out of city. I miss our moments but wish her best.
