Itās been a hot minute since Iāve done this but, like many of us, attempts to fix fall short and you find yourself right back in the same spot and so here we are!
Me: 48, married with kids, fit, tastefully inked, delightfully goofy, unapologetically liberal, conversationally adept, emotionally mature, creatively inclined, intellectually curious, in possession of all my teeth and limbs, and fantastic in the kitchen. It also appears Iām fond of adverbs.
You: confident, laughs easily and often, can both drive and ride the train of conversation, emotionally available, empathetic, not averse to exercise but also not averse to a good cookie, enjoyer of the occasional cocktail, unapologetically liberal, and a little sassy.
Ideally, we find an emotional connection in addition to the physical one. While āfriends with benefitsā is such an overused turn of phrase, it is somewhat appropriate here as I have little interest in fucking just to fuck. The voids I seek to fill, and I would wager many of us in this community are the same, transcend simply finding someone to get off with. Attention, affection, conversation, evolution are all paramount. I wouldnāt expect to meet right away, nor will I send unsolicited dick pics. Iām not some sort of classless troll.
I prefer telegram if we hit it off, but no rush unless we both feel it. Age is unimportant but letās be honest, if youāre under 30 we probably wonāt have much in common. Also, please have your OPSEC house in order. Nothing ruins a good time or budding relationship than an angry partner.
