PSA: Please make sure your OPSEC is in check before searching for an AP.

Backstory: I answered an ad a few days ago. We really hit if it off and moved to telegram quickly.

On Friday, he wanted to have an impromptu lunch but at this point we have not seen each other’s faces yet. It would have kinda of been like a “blind date.” I didn’t read his msg until it was too late so it didn’t happen. Plus I wasn’t available.

Yesterday I just happened to be alone for a good part of the day. A msg him in the morning to see if he might be available to meet. He told me he would be free all weekend since his wife and kids went to visit his in laws.

We started to try to plan something out but something seemed off. He asked me if was going to be wearing panties to this meet. I told him that not to be creepy/pervert. Then he said he was out because I was the one acting weird? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I didn’t reply back and just deleted the chat for both of us.

Later that night, he sends me a msg saying that he has a problem. He claims that he left his phone at home to run an errand. His wife went thru his phone and saw all of our messages on telegram. She was the one who was messaging me all Saturday morning and afternoon. He said she took the kids and left. She told him they need to figure this out. He apologized and said thanks for chatting with him.

Now I’m thinking how the hell do you plan on having an affair and not at the very least put a passcode on your phone and telegram?! Is this a common thing? To me that is the bare minimum someone should be doing for OPSEC if they are in this lifestyle.

I am genuinely curious because he’s the 3rd potential AP who has told me they’ve been caught.
