Saw a dark humor today:
When I see the names of lovers engraved on a tree, I donât find it cute or romantic. I find it weird how many people take knives with them on dates.
Clearly I donât have enough to do as I am now looking up dark humor jokes. Humor makes life easy, what can I say đ¤ˇđ˝ââď¸
I'm a 36-year-old guy in Houston with a good job, great family, and friends... but somehow, I just feel empty inside. No motivation, no spark, no excitement. Been working since I was 16, from odd blue collar jobs to now white collar office job. Blessed and wonât change anything but everything is just eh
Itâs not just SâŹx. I can do that myself if thatâs all I wanted. But it's not just that. I feel like I'm just going through the motions of life: Waking up, going to work, coming home, watching TV, sleeping... repeat.
No real purpose, no passion, no fire in the belly.
I'm starting to feel like I'm just sleepwalking through life. I miss the spark, and sharing life. I miss emotional attachment and intimacy. Itâs about flirting. Itâs about the fun, playful banter. Itâs about having that âdirty little secretâ with each other. Itâs about tickling the small of their back or brushing their hand or grazing their neck in just the right way so they know you want them and suddenly you canât wait to get alone.
Stuck in neutralâŚjust lost.
Anyone else feel like this? How did you break free from this rut?
