Hello and welcome to the post. Glad you made it this far, and I hope you will stay a while, or at least to the end.

I’m 46 and recently separated. That is not a man-lie, I am, we are all on this sub and I have no reason to make myself sound better or more moral than I am in that regard.

So why am I here? I left a sexless marriage and have lots of time to make up for, but I not in any condition to look at dating or being in a relationship. It’s too soon, and I am probably a bit broken from the experience, and still, given the precarious nature of the situation, require discretion. But I'm not so broken that I can't be a good friend, and I need a good friend, too. I'm not going to catch feelings, please believe me on that front.

But we all have needs, that intimacy, connection - sensuality, passion. It's been a long time since I've felt that. The good news is I can host though! You’re better than the back seat of a car in a Tom Hortons parking lot, after all! That’s right, ladies, I have a bed. With clean sheets! In a clean house! Now, you may think that's underselling things everyone should have, and you are absolutely RIGHT. However, take a look at my previous comment about the Tim Hortons parking lot!

About me: gentle soul, sensual, talkative, silly, fun, intense, interested in being a friend, not clingy or demanding, a giver. 6ft, clean cut, average dad bod, dark hair. I've been told I'm handsome, but my mom has to say that.

I drink responsibly, once in a while but never have alcohol in the house. I don’t smoke or so drugs. Lean way left/progressive. Kind of a nerd, but a cool one not a socially awkward one. I think, at least. One daughter who is with me 50% of the time. I won’t ask for more than what you can give, just enjoy the time until the next time. No desire to change your situation whatsoever. Except to make you a bit happier and more satisfied, of course.
