I'm mid-40s, active, fit/HWP man on the Mid-Atlantic coast. Married, dad, blue eyes, blonde hair, friendly, with a reasonably attractive face.

I'm looking for an active sidekick to meet up with when I go do active things like snowboarding, marathons, mud runs, overnight hikes/campouts, surf trips, overnight sailboat races, etc. I know I'd do a lot more of these types of things if I had someone to do them with like an accountabilibuddy for active events and maybe making out. My wife and friends have grown more sedentary, less adventurous, and I am just not ready to give up on doing new, active things in life. While I could do this with a male friend without calling it an affair, the companionship aspect of all of this is alluring too, PLUS we could split lodging costs if we share a room! Two fit, adventurous people who like and trust each other meeting up to do fun things sounds pretty exciting. When we aren't meeting up, we could maintain a long-distance messaging/calling relationship.

I prefer someone in the Mid Atlantic region so we could meet more often to do local events, but I am open-minded. Ideally, we'd chat for a while online to see if we like each other, swap photos, and then meet at some local, public race or something to try things out.

More about me: I'm fairly successful and educated with a good career, confident, honest, extremely easy going, and emotionally intelligent/perceptive. I'm solid boyfriend/husband material and not into casual hookups. I'm drug/disease free and fixed. I give a lot of affection and attention when I'm into someone, but not clingy.
