Thanks for taking a look at my post. I'm a 52 year old professional guy. I'm married and a dad to a teen daughter. I'm a typical Colorado guy so my hobbies and activities mostly involve something outdoors. I love the mountains and I love the woods, especially in the winter. Any day that I can spend exploring them is a great day, whether that's hiking, snowshoeing, skiing, or off-roading. And there's no better way to finish off a day exploring all the amazing places Colorado has to offer than stopping at one of the many great breweries in Colorado for a beer.

Who I Am: Aside from being a dad to a great kid I'm also an educated professional. I'm 5'6", 155# fit and athletic, also a non-smoker. I don't live at the gym but I do work hard there so that I don't have to use the term dad bod to describe myself. I have a great sense of humor and try not to take the world or myself too seriously. I have a quick wit which often comes out during conversations as references to pop culture music and movies. I keep up with events going on around the world so I can hold up my end of a conversation. I try to approach people and situations with kindness and curiosity. I don't know what burdens others are carrying so a kind word and a question goes a long way to understanding who they are.

What I'm Looking For: As the title to my post says, I'm looking to meet someone and build a connection. I want to get to know you as a person, your likes, your dislikes, your hopes, your achievements and your mistakes. All of those things make us who we are. I want to be attracted to you mentally as well as physically. I want to be excited to talk to you and see you. I want that excitement to get my heart racing, which at my age could be risky (I like living on the edge..). Just joking, my ticker can handle whatever you throw at me. I am looking to take as much time as we need to make sure we are right for each other. I'm not looking to rush into anything as I want to get to know you before anything physical happens. This relationship should add to and enhance our lives. There's no need to be in two unfulfilling relationships.

Who I'm Looking For: I am looking to meet a woman who is also married, smart, confident, and sassy. A woman who know what she likes, knows what she wants, and is confident enough to go get it is sexy. I am looking to meet a woman that also has a great sense of humor and can trade jokes and jabs during our conversations. I have my own views on things and so should you. I want to hear your thoughts even if our views disagree. Maybe I'm old school but I still think we can discuss something in a respectful way that makes us both feel good rather than trying to "win" or be right and make each other feel bad. I am looking to meet a woman with an adventurous spirit that likes to explore everything this world has to offer. That can be a new hiking trail, a cool new restaurant/brewery or an interesting new hobby or something either of us has always wanted to try. I'm looking to meet a woman that is active, fit and enjoys the outdoors as much as I do. I would love for you to join me on a trail run or a hike and think that is a perfectly fine date (The traditional dinner and drinks, or coffee and conversation are great dates too...). I definitely live by the motto that Not All Who Wander Are Lost would love a companion to wander with me.
