I’m hitting a sort of mid-life crisis. At 37, it feels like I still have a lot more life to live. However, it doesn’t feel like I have accomplished as much as I would have liked by this point in my life.
I have made running a casual hobby over the past 10-15 years, but I’m looking to really incorporate it into my every day life. I have signed up to run in a 10K running series of three different races over the course of the 2025 year. This is part of my commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
In addition to making running part of my daily life, I also want to make it a priority to eat healthier and cut some weight. I’m 6’4 and weigh 220 pounds. My goal weight is 185. I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror and be proud of that accomplishment. As I get older, removing that weight will be important to my ability to feel younger and avoid certain health complications.
Anyway, this is a long way of saying, I am looking for a woman who wants to go on this journey with me. Whether you are already fit and are looking to coach me through this. Or you are looking to go on your own journey similar to mine, I think we could be a great match.
Obviously, I want to really get to know you and the things that make you tick. I want to know what things bring you joy. What things make you sad. I want to be your friend and possibly intimate partner as well go on this journey together.
