What I'm looking for...Someone who wants to spend some time in person together, maybe a couple times a month more or less. Chatting, going on a walk or hike, having a meal, holding hands, cuddling and getting naked with. Someone who has similar interests and ideas and beliefs, views things relatively the same. It was 28 years of marriage in October. 1/2 were great, 1/4 ok and 1/4 meh. I’m not looking to be fulfilled or to fulfill someone else per se. I’ve been there, I'm looking for something complimentary. What I don’t have is female companionship. I have a roommate. My life isn’t complicated but I travel for work. When home, I’m fairly autonomous. Kinda hard to actually type out exactly what I’m looking for. Sounds like rambling. It’s a feeling that’s missing. Closeness, feeling desired, physical attraction and connection, a woman’s touch, intimacy (and not just sexual) at a certain level and sex. I'm a pleaser at heart. Someone to share how each other’s week went. I’m not completely sure of what emotional (probably not the correct word) depth in a relationship I want or can provide. With my work and travel I can’t provide daily communication/check ins at a deep level. So, I don’t know. I’ve lived detached emotionally from my wife for a bit and that has become comfortable. I think the more I write, maybe the less desirable I may be for what a female is looking for. I’m not looking for someone to whine to, to listen to how bad things are at my house, I’m passed that. My friends on Kik have served that purpose where we commiserated together. I think I’m looking for an escape. Not an actual way to leave but a way to “disappear” every now and then. Wow that was a lot. I’ve tried to be honest and hope this helps understand me a little. It has helped me.

I'm fit, well-educated and a gentleman. I have green eyes, a silver beard and thinning salt & pepper hair. I enjoy the great outdoors, especially hiking and camping but most anything outside will do. I like to tinker and fix things. Oh and I sew. I travel for work but I don’t do hookups on the road or locally for that matter.
