First off, I have (actually diagnosed!) ADHD, and this pose will very likely read like it.
Tell me if you've seen this one before: I'm pretty stable where I'm at, and I'm not looking to change my situation or yours. Very cliché, but it's true and I feel like pretty important to say. I am capable of being your friend.
